Look ma . . .my hands!

Yes, Kaydin has found his hands. He puts fingers in his mouth - he even sucks on the palms of his hands(I know strange!), he grips objects like blankets, and makes motions like he's rubbing his eyes when sleepy. He still isn't interested in toys, and doesn't reach for things yet. And since he's become so interested in his hands, he doesn't "talk" as much as he was before. Here are some pictures of what we've been seeing lately with Kaydin.

Placing his hand or both hands on the bottle, but not quite holding it on his own. We're working on it though!

I'm not really sure how to use these things yet, but they are fun to play with!




These are pictures showing how we've been finding him sleeping lately. As I said, he grabs onto blankets and apparently pulls them over his face.




As you may have noticed, most of the pictures of Kaydin show him sitting in his chair. It's one of those chairs that you can turn on and it vibrates, and it bounces when he moves. Well Kaydin loves his chair! He just recently figured out that the more he kicks, the more he bounces. He can bounce that chair really hard, it's pretty funny. He might just bounce himself out of the chair one day! That was the best gift we received!!

Kaydin is doing great! He is such a good baby - he has a wonderful sleep schedule, and is generally in a great mood! He does have his cranky days and what I call "hold me" days, but every baby has those right?
