I thought this deserved it’s very own post. Who doesn’t love a gift that you can eat? Well let me tell you that this was a very yummy surprise when it arrived! My Aunt Kerry who lives in Austin, Texas had these sent to us about a week before Christmas.
They are Cake Balls. Balls of cake rolled in white chocolate or regular chocolate. And they have many different flavors!
This box shows the peppermint white chocolate(upper left 2 with candy cane sprinkles), Gingerbread(upper right 1), Lemon(3 white chocolate with yellow drizzle), and mint chocolate(the bottom 6 with green drizzle).
They were delish! My personal favorite was the mint chocolate.
